However, various methodologies and techniques are used in order to further improve the quality of both the final product and business processes.
Fore more than five years company is conducting both education and subsequent implementation of various tools and techniques from 20 keys methodology (5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping) and overall business and organizational unit goals and KPIs are aligned according to BSC methodology.
All aforementioned techniques and initiatives are aligned according to guiding management principles (QDE = Quality – Discipline – Efficiency) in order to continuously improve both products and business processes and satisfy the expectations of customers and stakeholders.
